Back at it Again!

We finally got a break from the rain today and it happened to coincide with some free time I had too! I was going to run some errands after work but decided a walk would be better for me. I am constantly worried about checking items off of my to do list, and it prevents me from doing things for myself, so I decided to just forget the check list and go for a walk.

I had a meeting at 6 so it was a quick two laps, but it was great! I got some fresh air and had some time to listen to the new Jack Johnson album I got from Janna this week. It was a really nice change from the rain and the Exercise TV I've been relying on for so long.

The only unfortunate part of the walk was that I seem to have developed an allergy to something in the air. My nose was runny, itchy and my throat was itchy too. I have always been safe from whatever allergens are in the air, but not anymore. Boo! Hopefully I don't have problems at the wedding next week!

I snapped some pictures on my wonderful new iPhone to document my long over due walk. I think I'll take it with me on all my walks so I can add some visual interest to my posts! Besides, the scenery around the track at the hospital is so beautiful, it deserves to be shown. :)
